Large-Scale Silicone Roof

Silicone Roof Coating is a one-component, moisture curing silicone rubber roof coating system designed for use on existing smooth surface BUR, granulated cap sheet, well-adhered acrylic coating, concrete, metal, sprayed-in-place polyurethane foam and various single-ply membrane roofing. This job was completed on a large residential home in Rancho Santa Fe.

First we pressure wash and clean the roof of any debris. We then apply a coat of ASC Silicone Primer.

We add webbing and mastic to edges and cracks to ensure maximum protection.
